Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GrowthAppOS, operated by Strongware LLC ("we"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The service
GrowthAppOS provides a workspace to manage customer lists and create email and SMS campaigns, with optional social publishing and ad reporting. Some features depend on approval from third-party providers (for example email and SMS sending); we will tell you in the workspace when a feature is not yet available.
Subscription and usage fees
- The subscription is $399 per 30 days, billed in advance through Whop, plus any applicable taxes.
- Usage is billed separately: $0.002 per accepted email recipient and $0.03 per outbound SMS segment.
- You can cancel at any time from your Whop account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing period.
Your responsibilities
- Only contact people who have given you permission, and record that consent accurately.
- Comply with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, and carrier messaging rules.
- Do not upload purchased, rented, or scraped lists, or send misleading, unlawful, or abusive content.
- Keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized use.
We may suspend sending or accounts that generate excessive bounces or complaints, or that break these rules.
Your data
You own the data you put into GrowthAppOS. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee delivery of any message or particular marketing results. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new date above; continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
